Bio

Scott has 30 years of business experience across fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, beauty and fashion industries, combining a traditional corporate and consulting background. His knowledge spans discovery to launch and includes product development, portfolio and program management, and commercial experience. His ability to operate in, and translate between, commercial and technical domains and uniquely solve problems has contributed to a stellar career. Scott’s educational background is in chemical engineering and economics, from the University of Delaware. He holds seven issued US patents.

Scott’s corporate experience includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and PVH Corp (Global Apparel), working in Portfolio, Program & Project Management, Business Process and Digital Transformation, and New Product Development/Innovation.    

In the consulting arena, Scott was a VP/Partner in the business transformation services division of a multi-national IT services and consulting company, and currently runs his own specialized consulting firm, Lamb Consulting & Ventures, LLC.  Scott has created value for multiple global brands and companies by helping establish, elevate and revitalize their Portfolio, Program/Project management, new product development, innovation and in-take processes and capabilities.  His trailblazing Project Enablement FrameworkSM and practical program/project management offerings bring new life and positive energy into an ever-evolving process area.  Clients include industry leaders in consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. 

A value-based leader, Scott puts family first and with his wife, Mary, has four children. The Lambs reside in Doylestown, PA and both Mary and Scott are active in the community. The family shares a love of sport and are active as players, participants, and coaches for a variety of local sports programs.
