Bio
Richard is the Head of the Office of the CIO and PMO for Upfield. Richard started in IT in 1987, working for Rolls Royce plc. He has seen many innovations and developments in the way IT solutions and services are delivered to their customer. Starting with Structured Methods, CASE tools and automatic Code Generation in the early 1990’s, progressing to JAD, RAD and DSDM (the birth of agile), before moving into Programme Management and Business Change Management, typically around Global ERP implementations in the late 1990s. Richard now leads the Upfield PMO and is directing the implementation of Orchestra.
