Jeremie Averous is a consultant specializing in large industrial projects, supporting clients a number of industries, covering oil & gas (offshore and onshore), mining, renewable energy, power plants, shipbuilding, train production, nuclear energy, and more.
After years as an actual project practitioner working internationally, he founded a consultancy in 2011, Project Value Delivery, with the mission to “empower organizations to be more reliably successful in large, complex industrial projects”. The consultancy is active globally from its offices in Singapore and Europe.
Jeremie has written a number of acclaimed books about advanced aspects of various disciplines of project controls, as well as an “industrial project owner handbook” much appreciated by organizations in this specific position.
