Benoit d'Amécourt is currently Head of Investor Relations at Planisware, ensuring effective communication between the company and the financial community at large.
Previously, at Worldline, Benoit was Deputy head of Investor Relations at Worldline, and at Atos, Chief of staff to the Chairman and CEO and Secretary of the group Executive Committee. Before that, still at Atos, Benoit have been promoting the Atos group to the financial community as Investor Relations Officer for seven and half years. Benoit capitalized on his previous experiences to provide competitive market intelligence to the top management of the group, identifying shareholders and potential investors, monitoring the regulations of financial communication... In this position, Benoit has been involved in several acquisition and disposal projects with a focus on financial due diligence, financial communication, shareholder solicitation, business planning, valuation, and a close coordination with external advisors.
With a Specialized Master in Finance at the ESCP, Benoit sharpened his technical and operational knowledge of strategy, management, corporate finance as well as financial engineering that he initiated during his studies at Reims Management School.
