Aimee brings over 15 years of industry expertise to Planisware's Customer Success team.
Planisware is pleased to announce the hiring of Aimee Rodrigues as the newest member of the Customer Success team in the role of Customer Success Manager. Aimee comes to Planisware from Boehringer-Ingelheim where, as Head of R&D Resource Capabilities, she spearheaded the Animal Health division's PPM processes and utilization of the Planisware Enterprise toolset to support those processes. Aimee brings over 15 years of industry expertise to the Customer Success team.
With Aimee on board, Planisware strengthens its Customer Success team with deep industry expertise and knowledge in the Life Sciences space. The customer success team is dedicated to the growth and success of Planisware's customers, with a mission to:
- Connect with stakeholders at client organizations
- Understand ongoing needs and value drivers
- Track progress towards and realize key system enhancements
- Increase the value that the Planisware solution provides to the customer
For the last 3 years, Aimee served as the chair of the Life Science Planisware Best Practice Working Group, a customer-led Planisware user community. Focusing on the integration of process and PPM tool, the Best Practice Working Group's only requirement for membership is a commitment to participate and share practices from one's own organization. As chair, Aimee organized regular meetings, developed agenda and meeting content, and facilitated cross-organizational collaboration. Aimee's vacant chair position will be filled by senior leaders from Eli Lilly and Amgen; Aimee will remain involved in the group in her new role as Planisware liaison.
