How much does Exchange23 North America cost?

Registration is complimentary for all active Planisware customers. Registration for in-person prospects is $300 and $75.00 for online access only.

What will be included in on-site (San Francisco) registration?

  • Access to the full event, which includes:
  • All in-person sessions: keynotes, customer sessions, workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, thought leadership sessions and paid training sessions.
  • Exclusive networking opportunities with attendees
  • Tuesday’s welcome reception, Wednesday & Thursday breakfast and lunch, Wednesday’s customer appreciation dinner and Planisware’s Excellence Awards Ceremony
  • Optional fun run or water aerobics Thursday morning

What will be included in the online (digital) registration?

Access to the digital event, which includes:

  • Live-streamed and any recorded sessions: keynotes, customer sessions and workshops.
  • Event app and platform with full agenda, attendee list, sponsor info, and more!

I've registered, now what? Where is my ticket?

You should receive a registration confirmation email showing your e-ticket. Your ticket automatically gives you access to the event, whether in-person or online.

You will receive an email with an access link to the event platform where you will be able to view a detailed agenda, build your own agenda, learn about sponsors, and start connecting and messaging registrants.

Do I need to register for individual sessions?

For in-person attendees, you can sign up for breakout sessions. You will be able to do this once you have logged-in to the event app or platform. All in-person registrants will receive communication about this. You do not need to register for sessions in the main ballroom such as the keynotes, customer sessions, workshops or thought leadership sessions.

For online registrants, you do not need to register for any sessions.

How do I access the event platform?

Registrants will receive an email with information about how to access the event platform (from your web browser and phone) once the platform is live. Be sure to log-in (sign up for first time users) with the same email you registered with (case sensitive).

We highly recommend downloading the event app on your phone BEFORE attending in San Francisco, as you will need to confirm your email.

Once logged in, update your profile and photo, start browsing the attendee list and see if there's anyone you want to connect with, and add sessions to your personal "MY AGENDA" by clicking the + in the session.

Agenda, Sessions & Networking


Do I need any special equipment to join the online sessions?

For those of you joining us remotely, you will need access to a computer and Internet. Make sure your browser is up to date and you have a strong internet connection. Then just sit back and enjoy!

This year we are using an event platform that works in your browser - no download required. We recommend Chrome for the best experience, but Firefox and Opera also work well. Unfortunately, other browsers, like Safari, do not support our technology yet.

Can I view session recordings and slide decks later?

We will post the video recordings and slide decks, with additional resources, in the event platform. They will also be posted in our Community Forum and Customer Portal later. Note you must have a Customer Portal account to access the forum and portal. Don't have an account? Request one here.

Which session recordings will be available after Exchange23 and for how long?

Session recording availability will be determined in the future and will be available for 90 days after the close of Exchange23.

Do I need to sign up (add to my personal agenda) to a specific presentation/session in the event app in order to access the recording later?

No. Any recordings available after Exchange will be available for all event registrants in the event platform.

What networking opportunities are there?

Everyone can start networking now in our community forum! Once the event platform is available and you've logged in, you can connect with attendees, chat and video chat, request 1-on-1 meetings, and more!

For those in San Francisco, we will have a Planisware Village where attendees can grab a coffee, network, visit sponsors and Planisware stations, do some work, and relax.

I'm attending in San Francisco. What is recommended for attire?

There is no dress code. We recommend business casual (what you may wear to work at an office) for the conference meetings and sessions. Tuesday welcome reception is casual and Wednesday Appreciation Dinner is smart casual (a spin on your work attire, for example). These are just recommendations - we want you to be comfortable so please wear what works for you.

How can I claim PDUs for Exchange23 sessions I've attended?

Most Exchange23 sessions (either in-person or online) are eligible for self-reporting PDUs in the Education category. Information you may need to claim your PDU can be found at For assistance with claiming your PDU, please contact

Health, Safety, & COVID Safety Requirements for In Person Attendees


All Event attendees are expected to help promote a safe environment and a productive Event experience for everyone. You are encouraged to:

  • Follow any rules and recommendations from the Event organizers to comply with any current health regulations.
  • You may not physically attend the Event if you present any symptoms of COVID 19 including but not limited to fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath, coughing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
  • We will have disposable masks and hand sanitizer for attendees. We will also have rapid COVID tests available for those who request one.
  • Please stay in your hotel room and email to request a rapid COVID antigen test - we can bring it to you. There are also urgent cares nearby.
