Rebecka Lindh is the Associate Director for the R&D PMO at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, she helps lead the cross-functional management of our R&D pipeline. That includes budgeting, planning, and project execution alignment across a highly matrixed organization of nearly 1,000 people (700 people) in R&D alone.
