Bio

Melindah is a global healthcare executive and ex-pat with a proven
track record of defining corporate strategy, and scaling pharma,
consumer health, medical devices, digital health and hospital /
physician care systems. A results oriented leader with
responsibilities in R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain functions in
organizations from seed to $95B in revenue bearing 25+ years of
experience in consulting and industry, her strengths lie in strategy,
operations, capital / asset investments, integrations, market access,
portfolio, and performance management. Her accomplishments have
consistently exceeded financial and operational metrics, while leading
multi-layered teams in matrixed environments.

Melindah currently serves as board director for a preclinical
metabolic disease biotech (UK), advisor to the founder of  commercial,
strategy, and marketing of a predictive medicine digital health
platform (San Francisco), and senior advisor to the CEO for a
healthcare analytics, finance, and tech services company (NYC). In
1H-2023, Melindah led the marketing integration of VillageMD, a multi
billion dollar healthcare system across practices.

In her last role, Melindah entered Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain as
Global Head of Portfolio / capital - asset Management. Responsible for
vision, strategy and best practices for this new capability, she
transformed a multi-billion dollar capital / asset and portfolio
management reducing underspend by double digits.
