Dr. Henri Molhuizen is a seasoned R&D professional with about 25 years of international experience in Foods & Beverages, combined with a solid scientific background.
Between 2000 and 2023 he held various senior R&D positions including Global R&D Director with Unilever, VP R&D with Dawn Foods, and most recently Chief Science Officer with Nuritas – a successful Irish Biotech startup.
In 2023 Henri founded Foodiract, a small consulting company offering tailored services and solutions for Foods & Beverages companies to optimize their R&D strategy, organization, and project and portfolio management to get the most out of their R&D investment.
