Heba Al Shehhi is an accomplished Head of PMO with extensive experience in the municipal government sector. She has a proven track record of establishing and operating high-performing PMOs, driving digital transformation, and delivering impactful application development and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Recognized globally for her leadership, she was awarded the World’s Best PMO Leader of the Year in 2023. In addition to her professional role, she actively contributes to the project management community as the Lead of the PMOGA MENA Hub with the PMI PMO Global Alliance.
Heba brings deep expertise in PMO setup and operations, IT Service Management, ITIL, agile project management, enterprise and business agility, and benefits management. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and maintains a comprehensive set of professional certifications, including PMP, ACP, CAL, TOGAF, ITIL, PMO-Certified Practitioner, PMO Certified Consultant, and Business Agility Assessor from the International Business Agility Institute (TIBAI).
