Encore Analytics is pleased to announce the 2025 Empower Users' Group (EUG) Workshop. The agenda is still evolving, but they have already lined up a number of great speakers from government organizations and industry who use Empower for program analytics, data-driven audit support, VAR collection, and Corrective Action Tracking. There will also be a number of technical sessions hosted by the Encore Analytics staff to cover advanced topics.
The final day will start with what Encore Analytics considers to be the most important session, an open feedback session with customers to prioritize future software enhancements. Attendees will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the software during this session. The workshop is a great opportunity to meet the technical staff and exchange lessons learned.
