Phil Wyckstandt is the Principal of Phil Wyckstandt Consulting LLC. A veteran of more than 35 years in program management, product development, and transformation leadership, Phil has guided complex launches and business transformations across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Phil spent 15 years leading major joint venture operations in China and 3 years in Japan, overseeing global programs for top-tier automotive and industrial companies, including Marelli, Adient, Johnson Controls, Valeo, Ichikoh and Case New Holland. His leadership has spanned mergers, large-scale PLM implementations, joint venture startups in China, and turnaround efforts for multi-million-dollar program portfolios.
Phil’s focus has remained consistent: helping organizations build the structure, governance, and tools to execute flawlessly under pressure.
