Bio
Leading the project management office of GISA as a unit with currently about 25 employees as director for more than 3 years. We are not only the project managers for medium and large IT projects, but also provide methodical processes, tools and resources for classic and agile project work.
To ensure that small projects can be carried out in an optimized manner, GISA's PMO takes on the tasks of planning, controlling and commercial mappings in the project processes as part of central project planning, thus relieving the burden on the technical managers.
For more than 15 years, my working day has consisted of 100% project work.
Which projects I have already managed? --> here is a small excerpt
- Establishment of SAP S4 operating landscapes and provision of associated service management processes
- Implementation of an integrated billing system for three municipal utilities (SAP migrations)
- several transitions of IT contracts (hardware and software solutions)
- various SAP projects
- Transition of several hundred databases to a new data center and setup of the associated
ITIL service management
- Implementation of a project and resource management solution
- Introduction of a real estate management solution for residential and commercial properties
... and before?
I learned real estate management and then studied business informatics. This laid the optimal foundation to understand economic processes and to be able to follow a technician and developer in his explanations.
