Dilash Krishnapillai is a transformative leader and recognized authority in project management, business strategy, and organizational agility. As Vice President, Enterprise Delivery & Agile Enablement at Beem Credit Union, one of British Columbia’s largest and most progressive financial institutions, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives to embed agile ways of working and accelerate strategic value delivery across the organization.
Over two decades, Dilash has built and led Project Management Offices (PMOs) and delivery frameworks across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, driving large-scale digital and organizational transformations in the finance, education, technology, and security sectors. His leadership integrates strategy, structure, and culture, turning organizational ambitions into measurable business outcomes.
A passionate educator and thought leader, Dilash has taught in post-graduate project management programs for more than ten years and developed innovative courses in business strategy, project management, and information technology. He was inducted into the prestigious Marquis Who’s Who biography registry for his contributions to both practice and academia in project management and business strategy.
Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Dilash’s research explores how agile capabilities, the ability to sense, seize, and shift, enable organizations to thrive in turbulent environments. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Engineering, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) specializing in Adult Education, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Management. A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), he also holds multiple global credentials, including PMP®, PgMP®, PMI-ACP®, CMC, CSM®, CSPO®, and SAFe SPC®.
