After a thorough review of current project management operations, they recognized the opportunity to improve upon their existing Stage-Gate® process. Adding custom configurations within the Planisware solution allowed for certain tasks to become automated, freeing up time and resources for the project management team.
Planisware now helps to manage end-to-end implementation of new products as well as changes to existing products. Anything from ideation to execution is all performed and governed within the solution. By facilitating the completion of new products and bringing them to life, Planisware solution is now supporting the continued emerging business needs of Beam Suntory worldwide.
