What will be included in on-site (Philadelphia) registration?

What will be included in the online (digital) registration? 

Access to the digital event, which includes: 

  • Live-streamed and any recorded sessions: keynotes, customer sessions and workshops. 

  • Event app and platform with full agenda, attendee list, sponsor info, and more! 


I've registered online. Now what? Where is my ticket? 

You will receive a registration confirmation email showing your e-ticket. Your ticket automatically gives you access to the event, whether in-person or online.

You will receive an email with an access link closer to the event platform where you will be able to view a detailed agenda, build your own agenda, learn about sponsors, and start connecting and messaging registrants. 


I've registered for Exchange24. Do I also need to register for individual sessions? 

For in-person attendees, you do not need to sign up for sessions. However, you can build your own agenda once you have logged-in to the event app or platform. All in-person registrants will receive communication about this. 

For online registrants, you do not need to register for any sessions. 


I've registered. How do I access the event platform? 

Registrants will receive an email with information about how to access the event platform (from your web browser and phone) once the platform is live. Be sure to log-in (sign up for first time users) with the same email you registered with (case sensitive). 

We highly recommend downloading the event app on your phone BEFORE attending Exchange in Philadelphia, as you will need to confirm your email. 

Once logged-in, update your profile and photo, start browsing the attendee list and see if there's anyone you want to connect with, and add sessions to your personal "MY AGENDA" by clicking the + in the session.

How do I get there?

The closest airport is the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). 

Are there any travel or accommodation discounts available?

Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is offering a discounted rate of $229/night. Instructions on how to book your hotel room will be included in your registration confirmation email. Attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel accommodation. The hotel room block is available until April 5, 2024. Room rates are based on availability and are subject to change.

Health, Safety, & COVID Safety Requirements for In Person Attendees 

What are the Health, Safety, & COVID Safety Requirements?

All Event attendees are expected to help promote a safe environment and a productive Event experience for everyone. You are encouraged to: 

  • Follow any rules and recommendations from the Event organizers to comply with any current health regulations. 

  • You may not physically attend the Event if you present any symptoms of COVID 19 including but not limited to fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath, coughing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea in the last 24 hours. 

Agenda, Sessions, & Networking

Do I need any special equipment to join the online sessions? 

For those of you joining us remotely, you will need access to a computer and Internet. Make sure your browser is up to date and you have a strong internet connection. Then just sit back and enjoy! 

This year we are using an event platform that works in your browser - no download required. We recommend Chrome for the best experience. Unfortunately, other browsers, like Safari, do not support the technology yet. 

Can I view session recordings and slide decks later? 

Pending speaker approval we will post the video recordings and slide decks, with additional resources, on the event platform.  


Which session recordings will be available after Exchange and for how long? 

Session recording availability will be determined in the future and will be available for 90 days after the close of Exchange23. If you need access to the sessions after 90 days, please contact your Planisware representative. 

Do I need to sign up (add to my personal agenda) to a specific presentations/session in the event app in order to access the recording later?

No. Any recordings available after Exchange will be available for all event registrants in the event platform.

What networking opportunities are there? 

Network before the event in our community forum

Registrants will get access to the event platform before the event. Once inside the platform, you can connect with attendees, chat and video chat, request 1-on-1 meetings, and more! 

For those in Philadelphia, we will have a Planisware Village where attendees can grab a coffee, network, visit sponsors and Planisware stations, do some work, and relax. 

I'm attending in Philadelphia. Is there a dress code? What is recommended for attire? 

There is no dress code. We recommend business casual (what you may wear to work at an office) for the conference meetings and sessions. Tuesday welcome reception is casual, and Wednesday Appreciation Dinner is smart casual (a spin on your work attire, for example). These are just recommendations - we want you to be comfortable so please wear what works for you. 

How can I claim PDUs for Exchange24 sessions I've attended?

Most Exchange24 sessions (either in-person or online) are eligible for self-reporting PDUs in the Education category. Information you may need to claim your PDU can be found at For assistance with claiming your PDU, please contact

Planisware Excellence Awards

Who can participate?

Any current Planisware Enterprise or Orchestra customer can submit. A Planisware partner can nominate a customer. If the submission is on behalf of a customer, your customer must agree to the content of the submission and be contacted by Planisware.

If we participated in the awards previously, can we still make a submission?

Yes, you’re welcome to submit again. If you are a previous winner, please be sure your submission is on a different project. Previous finalists who did not become a winner can submit on the same project or submit a new one.

What information is required for a submission?

The following details are needed for the submission (sent in via email):

  • Lead Submitter First and Last Name
  • Work Email Address
  • Category preference (Innovation, ESG, Digital Transformation, or Automation & Productivity)
  • Project Summary & Details
    • Brief description about the company, the challenge the company was facing, keys to success in addressing said challenge, and business benefits achieved with Planisware Enterprise or Planisware Orchestra

  • Benefits to Business
    • Summarize the benefits, outcomes realized, and/or value that resulted from the project shared, especially with quantifiable metrics where applicable.

  • Key Project Members
    • Note the names of each team member that participated on the project from start to finish

  • Preferred Mailing Address
  • Acknowledgement of Planisware's Privacy Policy
  • Agreement to Awards Terms & Conditions

Will information from my submission be made public?

As a participant of the Planisware Excellence Awards, we would like to spotlight details of your submission to other customers as well as through social media channels, the awards website, and the Community Form. Note the Terms & Conditions below:

By making a submission to the Planisware Excellence Awards program, you understand and acknowledge that Planisware may (i) share your submission with members of the Planisware Excellence Awards jury and participants of the Exchange 2024 conference, which may include other customers of Planisware and (ii) publish a list of all participants including your company name, logo, and participant or winner status on its website and in social media channels. Any use case publication will be coordinated with you and subject to your prior approval. Please contact your Planisware representative if you have any questions about our use of your submission information. 

What is the deadline to make a submission?

The deadline to submit is Sunday, April 7, 2024 @ 11:59pm PT.

How are winners decided?

A judging panel consisting of Planisware customers will review the submissions based on selection criteria and vote on award winners. The selection criteria is as follows:

  • Indication of anticipated business value the organization sought to achieve
  • Showcasing a complex problem and finding a simpler solution with Planisware
  • Impactful use case that another organization can learn from to address the same challenge
  • How innovative the solution was to the problem statement
When are the winners announced?

Winners are announced during the Awards Ceremony at the Exchange24 Appreciation Dinner on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. 

Please note that you do not need to be in attendance to receive an Excellence Award. All winners will be acknowledged at the Award Ceremony regardless if the team is in attendance or not.

What do winners and participants receive?

Winners of the Planisware Excellence Awards will receive the following:

  • Flight & lodging to the next in-person Exchange & dinner with Planisware executives (1 individual per submission)
  • Community Badge, Trophy, and a Planisware Gift
  • Use case produced by Planisware showcasing your achievements

All participants will receive a Planisware branded gift.
