23+ years’ experience driving business results by leading corporate level transformation programs beyond organizations standards to maximize their corporate value. One most recent remarkable achievement was the launch of the portfolio management and analytics platform (the RVT) for Project Light transformation program across ADNOC Group (1 holding + 12 group companies + 7 functions) which already reported several billions dollars impact and sustainability efficiencies within the last 3 years.
During my career I provided consultancy and advisory services to international private and governmental entities as well as former visiting professor for Master and Bachelor degrees at ‘NOVA Information Management School’.
