Bio
A UK big 4 trained, qualified and experienced Internal Audit and Change professional. Following over a 15 years of working within a high-pressured environment, overcoming various operational and strategic challenges to ensure a systematic, disciplined approach to risk management, internal control and governance processes to increase to likelihood of achievement of objectives.
I started at Novuna in 2018, initially as part of their Internal Audit provision, transitioning into the Group Change Team in 2020 leveraging my transferrable skills and qualifications. As part of my role, I lead the strategic planning and delivery of shared service functions (excluding IT) projects alongside the enterprise PMO, known as the investment Office.
