Karen joined Beam Suntory in 2001 as a Purchasing Manager responsible for ordering all point-of-sale materials for North America. Throughout her career at Beam Suntory, she was pivotal in developing the Stage Gate Process, Digital Asset Management System, and bringing digitalization of the commercialization process leveraging Planisware technology. Karen is currently leading the global Project Management, Regulatory, and Commercialization teams as well as driving end to end process improvements and decision making through data.
