After a thorough review of current project management operations, they recognized the opportunity to improve upon their existing Stage-Gate® process. Adding custom configurations within the Planisware solution allowed for certain tasks to become automated, freeing up time and resources for the project management team.
Planisware now helps to manage end-to-end implementation of new products as well as changes to existing products. Anything from ideation to execution is all performed and governed within the solution.
