Planisware has announced its chosen charity for 2023 – Wood Street Mission, whose mission is to help children and families living on a low income in Salford and Manchester. Planisware will be working with the independent charity on a number of projects to help alleviate the worry for over 1,000 local families affected by poverty..
Since 1869, Wood Street Mission has been tackling poverty around the city in different ways. Through fundraising, donations, and volunteering activities, the charity focuses on making children feel special while giving them the essentials of everyday life, including the right start to education, with school uniforms and the equipment they need.
From family basics to books and magical Christmas’, Wood Street Mission want every child to have the childhood they deserve.
