We are excited to welcome our Planisware clients to the first customer conference in the UK! The event will take place on Tuesday 19th September, bringing the Planisware community together for one day in Manchester.
I have been with Novuna for just over 4 years and work in Group IT as a Lead PM, which means I have line manager as well as project delivery responsibilities. I have worked on a number of projects in Novuna, including Data Centre Migration, Oracle Upgrades and most recently the project to introduce Orchestra to the change community. As a Lead PM I have responsibilities within the Group IT PM community regarding project management training and development and I am a member of our internal Orchestra Change Forum.
I have over 30 years of IT experience with the majority as a Project Manager. Prior to Novuna I was an IT PM at a large bank and worked on a number of strategic infrastructure projects, leading virtual teams of 50+ of in house, 3rd party resources across multiple locations including offshore. We used a PPM tool as part of our role and I have always felt strongly that they can support the project manager in their ability to deliver successful projects by providing a one stop shop for governance, planning and finances.
Outside of work I am member of a local running club and enjoy the physical as well as mental wellbeing this brings me, we only run at a pace that we can still all chat, until it comes to some of the Yorkshire hills that is! I also fit in walks with my Labrador, who luckily is also my sofa buddy in the evening and has been known to appear on a few Teams calls with her favourite toy… or barking at the post man!
